Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place at the Croft
Community Centre
Hurworth Grange in Hadwyn Lounge on Tuesday 15th
December 2009 20.00 hrs.
Proposals and committee nominations must be in writing
to the committee by Monday 2nd November 2009
The meeting will commence at 8pm but for those wishing
to meet friends; refreshments will be available from
7pm.
This is an ideal time to pay your subscription and
receive any updates for your club folder.
Don't forget, but next year there will be a cap on the
membership to eighty members, so get your subscription
paid early to avoid disappointment.
Looking forward to your attendance and ideas for the
2010 season.
