Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting will take place at the Croft Community Centre Hurworth Grange in Hadwyn Lounge on Thursday 4th December 2008 20.00 hrs.

Proposals and committee nominations must be in writing to the committee by Monday 3rd November 2008

The meeting will commence at 8pm but for those wishing to meet friends; refreshments will be available from 7pm.

This is an ideal time to pay your subscription and receive any updates for your club folder.

Looking forward to your attendance and ideas for the 2009 season.

Left at the Comet Pub before bridge to Hurworth Place
Continue up the hill and just past the built up area on the left. You will find Hurworth Grange set back in the trees.

Once over the bridge turn right to Hurworth at the Comet Pub.
