Annual General Meeting 2011
The Annual General Meeting was due to take place at the Croft
Community Centre
Hurworth Grange in Hadwyn Lounge on Thursday 08th
December 2011 at 20.00 hrs.
Proposals and committee nominations must be in writing
to the committee by Sunday 7th November 2010
The meeting will commence at 8pm but for those wishing
to meet friends; refreshments will be available from
7pm.
This is an ideal time to pay your subscription and
receive any updates for your club folder.
The club fees for 2012 will be the same as 2011 plus any
increase in the BMFA

Don't forget, the
membership has been capped to eighty members, so get your subscription
paid early to avoid disappointment.
